Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late Arrival: Guests arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule or receive a shortened service, depending on stylist availability. No Show: Repeated no-shows may require a deposit before future appointments. Children: Children must be supervised unless receiving a service.
